Terms of Service

The service

Wheel Click is a free spinning wheel. You can pick from a list, share a view link, run a fairness test, or open a multiplayer room where people join with a nickname and are removed until one remains.

We can change, pause, or remove any part of the site at any time.

No account

You do not sign up. You are responsible for the link you share and for anyone you let into a room.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site to break the law, to harass someone, or to send malware.
• Do not try to break, overload, or bypass the room server.
• Do not put someone else's private information in a wheel or a nickname.
• Nicknames and wheel text must be suitable for the people in the room. There is no text chat. Do not try to turn reactions or nicknames into one.

Rooms

The host starts the spins and can remove a player. The four-digit room code in the link is only a light lock. It is not a secure login.

A spin in a room is for a game. It is not a legally binding draw, a lottery, or a contest we sponsor.

Spin to Win

The Spin to Win page is a demonstration. Codes shown there are examples. Wheel Click is not selling those discounts, and we do not promise that any store will honor them.

Your content

You keep what you type. You give us a limited permission to display it to the people you share it with, for as long as needed to run the page or the room.

The Wheel Click name, logo, and site design are ours. You may not copy the site and present it as your own product.

Random results

Spins are generated in the browser or, in a room, chosen by the server for that round. Results can repeat. Do not use the wheel for gambling, for a prize draw that has to meet a legal standard, or for any decision where a bad pick would cause harm.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be up, fast, or error free, or that a result is suitable for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages from using the site. If we are liable, the total is limited to 10 USD, or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. You currently pay nothing.

Ending use

You can stop using the site at any time. We can block a room or a browser that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
